Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orroship is a shipping aggregation service. Delivery is fulfilled through third-party courier and logistics partners selected at the time of booking.

Service Activation

After successful payment and shipment creation, the selected courier partner is assigned and a shipping reference/AWB is generated where serviceability is available.

Pickup Timeline

Courier pickup is generally attempted within 1-2 business days after successful booking and AWB generation, subject to pickup location verification, courier availability, serviceability, weather, holidays, and operational conditions.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is usually 2-8 business days within India depending on origin/destination pincodes, courier partner, service type, package type, and operational constraints. Remote locations may take longer.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared after AWB generation and courier scan. Tracking updates may depend on courier partner systems and scan events.

Delays, Returns, and Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, failed delivery attempts, restricted locations, natural events, holidays, regulatory checks, or courier network issues. Return-to-origin and additional charges may apply as per courier rules.
