These Terms govern your use of orroship.com and shipping aggregation services offered by ORRO GROUP.
Services
Orroship helps customers and sellers create shipment orders, compare courier options, assign courier partners, generate shipping references/AWBs where available, track shipments, and manage cancellation requests through supported logistics partners.
Pricing and Payments
- Shipping charges depend on pickup pincode, delivery pincode, package weight, dimensions, payment mode, and selected courier partner.
- All applicable charges, taxes, COD fees, optional service fees, and courier rates are shown before payment confirmation.
- Payments may be collected online using supported payment gateways including Razorpay.
Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate pickup, delivery, invoice, product, package, and contact information.
- You must not ship restricted, prohibited, illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or misdeclared goods.
- You are responsible for product packaging and compliance with courier, government, tax, and transport rules.
Courier Partner Terms
Delivery timelines, serviceability, pickup attempts, non-delivery reports, weight disputes, damage, loss, claims, and return handling may be governed by the selected courier/logistics partner's operational policies.
